About Tuscany Italian Kitchen in Zug

A large part of my childhood was shaped by moments spent with my grandmother. In her kitchen, I not only learned traditional recipes, but also the true meaning of family and hospitality, as well as a great passion for good food. She taught me that a dish is more than just food; it tells stories, evokes memories, and brings people together.

    It was precisely this feeling that gave rise to the idea for our restaurant in Zug. Our goal is to make every guest feel like they're sitting at an Italian family table: warm, welcoming, authentic, and full of enjoyment. We want to create the atmosphere I experienced as a child. A place where you feel at home.


    Our cuisine is strongly inspired by Tuscan tradition, especially the flavors and recipes of the Pisa region. Homemade dishes, honest ingredients, and carefully selected wines are at the heart of our concept.



About me - Federico Norata

Federico Norata is the culinary heart and soul of our restaurant. His passion for Italian cuisine began in childhood, shaped by time spent with his grandmother and the traditional Tuscan recipes around Pisa. After training at the renowned E. Maggia culinary school in Stresa, he then gained experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, Monte Carlo, and Switzerland. Federico also combines his culinary expertise with a degree in International Management from SBS in Kloten. With endless passion, he brings the authentic atmosphere of a Tuscan trattoria to Zug: homemade dishes, authentic ingredients, and genuine Italian hospitality. His goal is to make every guest feel like they are sitting at the table with an Italian family.
